Visualize a golden light in your solar plexus area, the center of your personal power.


Set Boundaries:

Mentally affirm that you are in control of your own energy and that no external force can manipulate it without your consent.


Seal Your Energy:

Imagine a protective barrier forming around this golden light, sealing in your energy and keeping out any external influences.


Conclude the Practice:

Slowly open your eyes and take a moment to feel the effects of the meditation before resuming your day.
